Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@golixy.com. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided after your return is approved.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. Items must be in the original condition as received, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
